Covid-19 Level 3

We are one of the fortunate businesses able to open and operate under Level 3 to ensure the sharpening and servicing of our customers blade and tooling while maintaining the requirements from the government.

At this stage we are only open for customers that hold an account with us.

If you currently have an account with us, we have a freight forwarding service set up, just give us a call/email/text and we will email you a ticket, all you need to do is print this off, stick it to your package and call NZ Couriers for a pick up.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES is anyone beside staff allowed to enter the factory or offices. There is a designated area where blades and tooling are able to be dropped off, you will be required to document the following, Name, Company Name, please text this information through to our office on 027 212 9496 this is for contract tracing purposes and is a requirement. Your items will be thoroughly cleaned/disinfected before entering our factory. Once the item has been sharpened or serviced, we will give you a call to let you know it is ready for collection and let you know where the item will be stored. When collected you will need to sign and date the form provided.
